Our hand-raised pies are unique. Some have won Great Taste Awards, made with traditional hot water crust pastry and containing lots of chunky meat, lightly spiced forcemeat and homemade aspic jelly. They're ideal for buffets, picnics and summer lunches and great for family parties. We also send these pies to shooting lunches and corporate events. The 7" pie (1.8kg/4lb approx) can be sliced with a sharp knife into 12 to 16 portions and the 9½” pie (3.17Kg/7lb approx) into 16 to 20 portions. These are generous portions from deep pies!
