These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of our website at Okemoor. By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Using our website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to order from us.

Okemoor is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

Product pictures are for illustration purposes only. Due to the nature of our production methods products may vary in appearance.
All of the products on our website are offered for sale subject to availability. We reserve the right not to accept your order if (a) we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (b) there has been a pricing or product description error; (c) goods ordered by you are not available; (e) we do not deliver to your area.

Payment in full is required when placing the order. The prices charged to you will be the prices displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. We reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price. Where we are unable to accept your order (see 3. Ordering), but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
6. Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible on 01837 53601 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. It will not be possible to cancel or amend your order once production of your goods has begun as all of our products are made to order.
All products are made when orders are placed only, so no stock is kept to meet last minute requests. This means that all products delivered to you have been made just for you and are fresh. We do not freeze any items as a short cut.
We aim to deliver your order on the day you choose between Wednesday to Saturday only. Okemoor uses APC as our next day carrier to deliver all items purchased from okemoor.co.uk.
We will attempt delivery to an address as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. Deliveries must be signed for, please make sure there will be someone available to sign at the address at the time of delivery. If no special instructions are added during the delivery details screen of the order process, as the customer you are agreeing to sign for the delivery. We don't offer timed deliveries but we can leave your order with a neighbour, in a safe location such as a porch, or deliver to your place of work. No boxes will be returned to the depot; they will be left at the delivery address. The courier will attempt to contact you prior to the driver leaving a failed delivery, because we are keen to make sure that the service works for you but we can't guarantee we will be able to get hold of you.
We considered Polystyrene boxes for our packaging but felt that this did not fit the natural, environmentally friendly efforts of our business. We discovered a more eco-friendly packaging offering impressive performance. They have a proven track record within the food industry as the trusted performance insulated packaging solution that delivers perishable goods in perfect condition. The packaging can be re-used and recycled by you for other insulating needs, both keeping cool and keeping warm. We use top quality packaging, complete with ice packs, to keep food in perfect condition. It is strongly recommended that you refrigerate your order as soon as it is delivered. Our standard shipping charge for UK mainland deliveries is £9.95 + VAT
If you have a query you can call us during office hours and speak to real person in seconds, not wait days for an unhelpful computer response.
If your are not satisfied with the quality of our product, all queries must be received within 48 hours of delivery, whether delivery is made by Okemoor or by a courier. You can make a complaint by calling 01837 53601. Please leave a message on our answer phone if there is no-one in the office and we will call you back as soon as
Credit cannot be given unless the product is returned to Okemoor. The easiest way for this to happen is to arrange with a courier to collect the item from you as soon as is possible. If the product requires refrigeration, please refrigerate until it is collected. Alternatively, products can be frozen until they are collected.
Credit is given at the discretion of Okemoor. Returning a product does not guarantee credit. Okemoor does not accept fault by accepting the return of a product.
Any complaint we receive is taken very seriously and we welcome all feedback as this helps us to maintain and improve the quality of our products and customer service.
